50 Symbols Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of and access to the digital product 50 Symbols for Creative Self-Discovery (the "Program"), offered by Mieke Fleurackers, established in Belgium ("the Provider", "we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase and accessing the Program, you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Subject matter
The Provider offers a digital program consisting of:
- 50 weekly emails
- Creative prompts, reflective exercises, and pre-recorded audiovisual content
The Program is a digital service and digital content within the meaning of EU Directive (EU) 2019/770. No physical goods are delivered.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract between the User and the Provider is concluded at the moment payment is successfully completed via the payment provider indicated on the sales page. Upon conclusion of the contract, the User receives access to the Program in digital form.
4. Delivery and access
- Delivery takes place digitally via email and/or an online platform.
- Access may be provided immediately or progressively (weekly).
- The Provider reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the Program content or structure, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the value of the purchased Program.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are stated in euros (€).
- Prices include applicable VAT and taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Payment is due immediately upon purchase and is processed via the third-party payment provider shown on the website.
- The Provider is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment details supplied by the User.
6. Right of withdrawal and refund policy
In deviation from the statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content as provided under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Provider voluntarily offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.
- The User may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The refund request must be submitted by email to info@miekefleurackers.com within this 14-day period.
- The request must clearly state the User's name, email address used for the purchase, and the intention to cancel the purchase.
Upon receipt of a valid refund request within the applicable period:
- Access to the Program may be revoked.
- Any future deliveries of the Program will be discontinued.
- The refund will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method.
After the expiration of the 14-day period, no refunds will be granted, regardless of the extent to which the Program has been accessed or used. This voluntary guarantee does not affect the User's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual property rights
All content forming part of the Program, including but not limited to texts, videos, images, symbols, exercises, and concepts, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of the Provider.
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the content for personal purposes only. The User may not, without prior written consent:
- reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell the content
- make the content available to third parties
- use the content for commercial, educational, or professional purposes
8. Use of the program
The Program is intended for personal creative and reflective use only. The User acknowledges that:
- participation is voluntary and at their own responsibility
- the Program does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data, income, or profit
- personal interpretations or outcomes resulting from use of the Program
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under mandatory consumer law.
10. Availability
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available". While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuity and accessibility, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
11. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the version published on the website at the time of purchase.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law, with due regard to mandatory provisions of European Union consumer protection law. Any disputes shall, in the first instance, be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the courts of Belgium shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
